Very busy place with too little parking. Great for college students, bad for people off the highway.Parking: Of the 12 parking spots, 3 were empty handicapped spots. Seems excessive based on sampling size.

I ordered the same thing everyday during my stay in Lubbock via mobile app. And every single day, it was wrong. Every time. It's simple as to NOT add whip creme to the frappe. If it was just put on top, that's okay. I'm a big girl I can scrape it off. But every single time, they put it on the bottom too. I can't sit and wait every time for them to remake it. I understand they get busy, but it's just so frustrating.
