“I have been to 4 different Palio's, and this one is the best! The one closest to me in Fairview has a pungent smell of Fabuloso mopping solution, and even though I get the food to-go, they scent usually curbs my appetite. I am shocked no one else has complained about it! Aside from that though, the pizza at this Palios was excellent and cooked to perfection! The employees were also very customer oriented. A++ experience for sure!“

“First of all when you walking in the door the customer service was amazing! The food was great! I had the buffalo 14 inch pizza the chicken was so flavorful. I picked up an individual piece of chicken and ate it, and it tasted like smoked chicken. Definitely not frozen chicken. I also liked the fact that the buffalo sauce was not over powering. A friend of mine had the five meat with jalapenos added. He said he wanted a lot of jalapenos and they did not disappoint. Granted he did get double jalapenos and it was a 3$ extra charge but like I said they did not disappoint. My wife got the Manhattan and added pineapple. She did say the pineapple had a funny taste to it so she just picked them off. But still overall she was satisfied with her pizza. Garlic knots phenomenal!!!!!! Me and my family will absolutely be coming back to this place.“

“We're there almost weekly and it's always consistent and accommodating, which is key for our picky kids. . . They know our usuals by now and treat us like family. Negroni is my favorite cocktail and they make the best one in town, not too bitter and no sugary syrup, classic and balanced recipe. We like to celebrate occasions here and come for “last meals” before travel or surgeries because we know it will be good! Everyone is so kind, hospitable, and love seeing all the familiar faces week to week. They're so kind to our kids and if it's not busy will let them peek in on the pizza making.“

“Fantastic food, service, you name it! Pizzas were delicious and the carpacio was out if this world! Sitting is nicer in ground and 2nd floor, top floor looks like a fast food place at a mal... doesnt matxh at all the rest of the restaurant. The top floor also has a bar and a nice terrace with beautiful views. Brett our waiter took really good care of us! Thanks for making my birthday special!“

“My family and I enjoyed our dinner at Mangia Bistro immensely. The charcuterie was full of a delicious assortment of meats, cheeses, olives, dates, and nuts. The pizzas were among the best I've ever had - sausage and fennel was like one I had in Rome. Also had perfectly spiced arrabiata pasta, chicken piccata, and generous sized salads. Two downsides to our visit, though. One of our guests received the wrong pizza, and unfortunately he had to wait quite a while to get a new pizza. It would have been nice if the manager at least came over to apologize for the error and the wait. And there were no cannoli available for dessert, which we were really looking forward to. We would definitely return if we lived closer.“

“Great food and great service. We went in to carry out pizza and ran into long-time friends whe were dining in. Great family-friendly atmosphere. And the pizza is definitely not the greasy stuff that comes out of some of the chain restaurants. Fresh ingredients!“

“Met some friends for dinner last Friday night and we had an amazing time. We were seated quickly, even with a party of 6 people, and from then our server Lindsey and the rest of the staff took great care of us. Our drinks, appetizers, and everything else for that matter, came out very fast. We never had to ask for any refills for drinks or anything else. The way the whole staff worked together was amazing, from the manager helping run food/drinks and visiting tables to the support staff clearing tables quickly. And the food was delicious, everything we had from appetizers to desserts were very good. It was a great first visit and it definitely won’t be the last.“

“How could anyone give this less than a 5 star? I've never tasted better pasta in the US at such affordable prices. I love this concept of delivering just good food without paying for the ambiance / environment of a high class italian sit down restaurant. I ordered the Tortelli Al Tartufo which was delicious - the pasta was so tender, delicate, and elegant. I also ordered the polpette (meatballs) and that proved to be an amazing appetizer. With their efficient lids, I brought the rest of my tortelli to go home and it proved to hold up well in the microwave. I gotta go back and try the rest of the menu! The staff was also very bright and cheerful. I would just recommend having some menus more at eye level rather than craning one's neck to look up. There's a menu at the register but that's about it.“

“This pizza is amazing! We were in town for a baseball tournament and decided to try something local. I highly recommend this! The service was great, greeted with smiles from employees, and the food was wonderful. Clean tables and even a play area for little kids!“

I and 4 other friends enjoyed pepperoni, alfredo, and New Yorker pizzas. We had the meatballs and croissant mozzarella sticks. Alright... so the pizza... it's no joke. It's some of the best I've had in a while. The server (possibly owner?) Described the 48-hour double rising process for their dough. You could taste the quality. Aromatic, crispy, and airy, in just the right way. The sauce that was used was perfect in composition ingredients wise. The alfredo sauce was some of the highest quality I've encountered. It tasted like it was made only a few hours ago. I had a delicious imported sparkling lemonade drink. Overall, it was a slamming dinner. we WILL return. Our rambunctious group was handled with patience and understanding. I am pleased!“

We sat at the bar while waiting for our to go to be red and the sweet red wine that I asked for was delicious! The spaghetti with meat sauce was great without being overly oily like some places can be. The Greek salad has arugula which is CRISP, not wilted at all! The bread is soft with a slight crunch on the top perfect for using to scoop up the bits of meat sauce. My kiddo is who is very particular about her spaghetti LOVED this place! We can’t wait to try more of the menu! We ordered a kids portion meal and it may have been an adult size plate. You get your moneys worth here and it is so flavorful!“

“My wife and I went in on a Sunday night 30 mins before they closed, and we apologized to the waiter (Cole), and told him we’d be quick. We have little kids, so we don’t get to go out on date nights very often, but Cole assured us that it was ok, and he absolutely took amazing care of us. Helped us through the menu, choosing a wine, and made the whole experience so comfortable for us. My big concern was going in so late and getting poor service and poor food, but I was thrilled that the service was warm and the food was hot! We ordered the carbonara and the shrimp risotto… Flawless. Great attention to detail, great blending of flavors, and the kitchen staff (Eddy and Ruben) even took the time to talk about the art of their craft, and it was like being among friends at our house.
