I've been 3 or 4 times since moving here a month and a half ago. I went first because it's the closest place. It's good. Not great. The food is kind of bland and the "hot" sauce isn't spicy at all. It's a little on the pricey side but I'd still recommend it and will definitely be going back.
Mexican food and BBQ are two of my faves so it was a no brainer to stop in. The restaurant is medium size with lots of free parking. The chips were rather stale and the queso didn’t taste homemade but the salsa was tasty. My chicken enchilada was good but the tamale was just okay. I had a brisket taco and this is where the restaurant shines. The BBQ was far better than the Mexican food in my opinion. On my next visit I will only order BBQ and forget the Mexican food. It's a decent spot to get some food, but I wouldn't go as far as saying that it's the best. Brisket was very dry. Good experience overall. Icecream is really good here!
