Nothing wrong with customer service or food, but I am disappointed that the call in orders have been discontinued. I'm a single mother of 4 and it's so much easier to call in and use the drive thru.
Best Subway EVER!!!!!!!The 2 ladies working Thursday evening, June 18th, were so great!! They combined their knowledge and creativity to create the best 4 sandwiches my family has ever had. I'm so totally serious! My 3 kids were completely satisfied and happy after eating the sandwiches!!! Mine was absolutely perfect. We were only in Lufkin for one night, and we chose Subway over the other three restaurants in the immediate area. SO glad we did!! Highly recommend this location.

We were helped by Mariah and had a bit of a large order, she was kind and patient with us and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, best customer service I've had from a subway. Wishing I lived closer to this location + they weren't out of meatballs like most locations seem to be every time I feel the craving coming on.
