“This was a return trip to the Rio Grande Valley area, and I asked one of my friends who lived in the area for one of the best Mexican restaurants in town. He recommended Costa Messa and it was fantastic. I had beef ranchero, which was perfect. The portion was incredibly large and I was able to eat it again the following day. I’m definitely going back. The staff was also fantastic. Checking up on me. I can see this is gonna be a regular place for meto dine“
“Came for the Friday evening at their outdoor seatings. There were live music and singing performances from 7pm, then followed by the DJ stage. The dance floor was great for probably up to tens of people. The Grande Taco Salad was filled with a lot of ingredients. The Chicken Tortilla Soup was delicious. The Fresh Guacamole Border Bowl and the Bolder Border Chicken Bowl were both well prepared and presented.“

It has the right mix of tasty dishes at very affordable prices.Whatever you choose to eat goes down well with an Ice-Cold glass of draft beer, my preferences are either a Blue Moon Belgian Ale or local brewer's 5x5 Vaquero.Yes, you can be plain and boring by choosing Budweiser, Bud Light or Miller Lite. Why even go to a Bar and Grill if you are not willing to try something different every now and then?“
“first time here, service here is very attentive which is amazing.however the men's bathroom was a little underwhelming, water everywhere on the floor not to mention no soap either.prices are fair and worth, definitely will come back for future visits.“
“We always DoorDash from them. My mom loves it. She sometimes craves lunch for breakfast when she wants enchiladas or Entomatadas. Other times she gets huevos rancheros. I always get their Enmoladas. The only thing bad is when she craves their food after 3pm when they are already closed but other than that they are good.“
“Well if you want some fresh made tacos you have to stop here. All kinds of tacos fresh flour tortillas and all the fixings you want. Or just order yourself a dozen tortillas in the morning Monday- Thur only I think. Best tacos in mcallen in my book.“

I gladly visit this establishment 3-4 times per month and eat potato and egg with cheese taco, barbacoa plate, American omelette, huevos rancheros plate, and much more. “Went to go watch the final football games of the season and had a great time. I had the triple dipper as it comes in the picture, a dos xx and a molten lava chocolate cake to finish it off. Service was good, food was good and they had game playing over the speakers instead of music so ppl could hear what was going on in the game.“
