Haven’t been to Chipotle in a long time. Thought I’d try the recently advertised Chicken al Pastor bowl. The chicken itself was waaay over seasoned with cumin. My usual favorite add-on of guacamole was turning brown ( it was noon!) as if it was made the day before. The staff was nice, although slopping stuff into the bowl I ordered with reckless abandon. The restaurant itself was really filthy. There weren’t a lot of folks seated, so it seemed as if nobody was cleaning the tables or floor.Clearly, to me, this is a local managementproblem as mentioned in previous posts regarding this location. This location is the closest to me, but I think I’ll take myself and my family to a different Chipotle. It’s just not a well managed and maintained restaurant.

I decided to give this place a shot regardless of what the reviews say. Honestly. Just listen to everyone else and I. This place was filthy. Not only that but the portions they give are ridiculously small. Does this get took out of there paychecks? Are the managers down their necks about portions? Honestly, I MUST know. I couldn't see any other reason for these small portions. $12 for a steak bowl. LITERALLY. Everything other than the meat is free, therefore the only thing we pay for is the meat. So why be stingy? Additionally the steak was very tough, every bite was spat out. The beans are also hard and undercooked. Better off going to ANY frisco location.

After carefully assessing the reviews of this particular Chipotle establishment, I feel compelled to share my personal experience. In comparison to the Chipotle located at 1525 US Highway 380 Frisco, TX, I must assert that this particular branch exemplifies exceptional service and provides excellent value for your investment. Not only do they offer generous portions, but their staff members also exhibit a remarkable level of amiability and hospitality when taking your order. I am resolved to visit this establishment again in the future, even if it necessitates a slightly longer commute.

Worst Chipotle I have ever gone. The girl making my order was so rude and did not even put proper quantities for the items. Sour cream was less and she said it's over. She was so rude to refill the sour cream bowl so I could have some of it. But the next guy in line got it since the sever who was serving him brought a new packet and refilled it. Will Never visit this store again . It was crowded and seemed too many people but very less work was being done.

They are always out of something and a ridiculous wait for it. How do you run out during the evening rush. It should be prepped knowing it's going to happen.

Haven't been to Chipotle in a while so I went with a bowl. Was a little disappointed that he added the queso Blanco when I wanted shredded cheese. Even Moreno when I was charged for it. All in all...had a great bowl and saved some for lunch tomorrow.

I like Chipotle quite a bit, but this location is a dumpster fire. Do not go. They consistently get orders wrong. They never have the order ready at the confirmed pickup time. But if you have the audacity to pull up to their drive thru window 1 minute prior to pickup time, you will get lectured by them. Done with this place. Never again.
Always out of ingredients. Out of cheese, guacamole, corn, and chorizo. Need to get management in order!!!

Corn is "fresh" and frozen. Serving size ridiculously small. Crew seems lethargic. Chairs, tables, and floor are dirty. Overall quality inconsistent.

This location is the WORSE Chipotle experience I've ever encountered. Not sure who owns this location but they need to thoroughly interview canidates and train them properly. This location is ALWAYS running out of things and the staff just thinks it's funny. I live close to this location but usually avoid it and go to another location.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. When I was ordering my food I was asked if I wanted a side. I asked if I could get refried beans (not knowing they didn’t have refried beans), I was met with the employee rudely telling me that all they had was pinto beans with a confused look on her face. I then tried to make sure I was describing things correctly and she continued to not listen to me and just repeated they only have pinto beans. She then turned around where my YOUNGER sister was and a line and continued to talk badly and make fun of me TO THEM. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. N O T H I N G WAS DONE TO MAKE UP FOR THE DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. Will never be coming back to this location again.
