This location is the WORSE Chipotle experience I've ever encountered. Not sure who owns this location but they need to thoroughly interview canidates and train them properly. This location is ALWAYS running out of things and the staff just thinks it's funny. I live close to this location but usually avoid it and go to another location.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. When I was ordering my food I was asked if I wanted a side. I asked if I could get refried beans (not knowing they didn’t have refried beans), I was met with the employee rudely telling me that all they had was pinto beans with a confused look on her face. I usually have good experiences at Chipotle. This was my first visit and will be my last on 380 across from Baylor McKinney. The food area looked disgusting and they were out of half the menu items, or refused to make any more. The health department needs to pay them a visit and shut them down. When I decided to write this review, I saw all the other bad ones and am confused as to why this place remains open.
