“This is a local eatery, best known for take out food and catering. If you are looking for authentic South Indian food with the least amount of dangerous additives, this is your place. Meat, fish, vegetables and oil used here are fresh. Salt is used sparingly and that’s a huge plus. Sam uncle (the owner and main chef) makes the best mutton biryani. I can always trust the food from here. Do not expect a fancy atmosphere or cozy setting to dine in. You will be better off ordering take out and you will not be disappointed.“
“Sometimes it’s the unnoticed items that win you over. The mango lassi and ras malai are my new favorite treats. The mango lassi is a delicious mango yogurt like drink with other spices I can’t put my finger on, but it’s done just right! I like to order enough for the week, take them home, chill them to perfection and have them for breakfast or a late night treat. The ras malai has the flavor of a rice pudding I once tried and it’s stunning. If that came in a cup, I’d drink that too. The owners are always a delight and the atmosphere makes for a nice evening out. I’m so glad Momo & Curry is in Forney!“
