Our drinks were delicious, but the unnecessary wait time and excuses is not something I expect from Starbucks. I made a mobile order and arrived after it was supposed to be ready. One drink was waiting for me when I went in store but the other was not. Waited over 10 mins right in front of the staff and they avoided eye contact with me. Bathrooms were horribly nasty. The toilet had old pee stains on it, no soap or paper towels in either dispenser. This is the second time I've placed a mobile order and had to wait over 40 minutes for it to be prepared. Would highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

It's a Starbucks so what you expect from a drink/food standpoint is standard. But the wait times. And I always order before 6:00 am. I can't imagine what customers here have to deal with during more peak hours.
