“My morning schedule has been crazy lately. I live in Downtown Houston and being out & about at 4am driving to Missouri City. I hardly have time to make my coffee and breakfast at home so I have been stopping by a the local Starbucks. I became a regular at the location and love the Friendly hospitality they provide there not just another Starbucks. I made it a habit to stop every morning to pick up my regular order I love the Friendly and cheerful environment they provide makes my mornings. Thank you ♥️If you haven’t already you should definitely stop by and check out this location for yourself if you are ever in the HWY 6 area.“
“Whenever I want a quick snack and drink I know exactly where I want it. Drive through is not bad and workers are happy most of the time. Sometimes when I get my food at Starbucks, they tend to mess up some of the orders, but that's okay because they re make it for you“
“This location is always fast, and my drink is always correct. We had trouble redeeming my free drink coupon today, so the employee gave it to me for free, even though I offered to pay for it. That's how you treat customers. She was super sweet to me (so was the male barrista). She needs to be some type of regional trainer or something.“
“This starbucks is friendly and quick. The guy at the drive through window (most mornings) Ryan is a gem. Super nice, remembers my order and asks me how my day is going. I see he's managing multiple things at once and with ease. Still making time to provide great service. I'm always in and out super quick regardless of how long the line is. Thanks Ryan for being amazing!“
“The customer service is great however I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap and asked for extra crunch and the employee gave me cookie crumble when I said crunch so that kinda dissatisfied me because I do not like chocolate cookie crumble or chocolate cookies period. But I had to go so I didn't want to change it.“
“Love the coffee, frappuccino and just about everything else I have tried, not to mention there isn't one single Starbucks employee I have ever had a complaint about. They are all so darn friendly and helpful. Thank you Starbucks. You could make a recipe for manners and pass it around to some other companies in the food industry. They need helpful hints from someone. They sure don't care about public opinion.“
