“This is not my normal Starbucks, but I stopped here frequently over the course of a week while a family member was in hospital nearby. I didn't get her name, but one of the workers in the evening was so kind and even recognized me when I went inside for a pickup order instead of through the drive thru as usual. With the stress I was dealing with at the time, it meant so much to have that personal interaction. This is now my go to location when I'm in Sugar Land because of her!“

“Man I am appalled by some of these reviews. We are all human and people make mistakes, problem is that some of yall don’t understand that all it takes is just politely asking one of these beautiful baristas to fix your drink. I’ve been coming here consistently for 3 months now and have not had a bad experience yet. I won’t name any names but most of the guys and ladies who work there are absolutely top tier, some of the ladies can be a little snippy sometimes but they are literally making hundreds of orders in a small work space ! GIVE THEM A BREAK, they all deserve raises in my opinion. I highly recommend coming here for your starbies fix. Those who want to hate can keep calm and carry on!Kid-friendliness: Large open outdoor space with seating, nice seating inside as well. Everyone is talking and having a good time, my kids love coming here , everyone is so nice“
“I love Starbucks in general but normally the customer service is lacking. The ladies that work at this location are beyond friendly and make amazing drinks. I have been going here for years and most of the employees even remember my name and my order. It's always clean but not always speedy“
“I always order through the app and have never had any issues picking up. Drive thru does take a while but when it's long, I just get off to pick up my order. The people who work the morning shift are full of energy and are excited to help customers!“
