“We have used Chef Mollie for Meal Prep, events, and privately in our home. She is absolutely amazing. Not only is her food THE BEST she is so incredibly kind. For my birthday she came and made my favorites: cacio e pepe, cajun salmon and shrimp, asparagus, and mini key lime pie tarts. Everything was amazing but the shrimp and salmon were cooked so perfectly I couldn’t believe it. We are big into fitness and try to be healthy, she put a spin on the key lime pies to make them lighter/healthier and I would have never guessed. I can’t say enough good things. She’s so fun to work with and her creativity is insane. Give her all your dietary restrictions or foods you don’t like! “We booked Tasty Paella for our employee appreciation lunch here at Brookshire Hyundai, and all I can say is that they were simply amazing! They answered thousands of questions from all the employees about the food, the process, and the history. They also set up multiple tapas for us to try and it was so delicious. We already have them booked for our next employee appreciation day next month and I will be personally booking them for a house party this holiday season. Absolutely one of the best experiences we have had.“

Yesterday, they had Apple Spice, let me tell you about them rolls. I knew they was homemade. They so good, they made me want to slap somebody as they say, lol. That's how good they are, then I went back downstairs to get some more for later days, and they was all gone but two. So I took them, lol.... Best rolls I have had since my mom passed. The portion sizes were huge (the three taco deal is sweeeet) and it was a decent meal, I don't think it quite measures up to the other popular taquerias of the Mission. Aside from the carne asada, the other meats were a bit dry and not flavorful. The line also moves rather slowly. I would not object to going again, but I think there are better nearby options.“

“Our event was last week, and I couldn't let another day pass without writing a positive review. From the initial conversation to the very minute the last items were loaded in the truck after the event was over, I've been SO impressed. The inquiry was handled professionally, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The charcuterie boards were delicious, had a fantastic variety of meats, cheese, crackers and so on, and were BEAUTIFUL!! Everything else we ordered was delicious and displayed so nicely. As a matter of fact, because our event was a day after Valentine's Day, their chefs took the time to cut the small Reuben sandwiches in heart shapes, as well as some of the fruits and cheeses. SO cute! The serving team - Joe, Donald and Andrea - were on time, set up quickly and kept everything looking good throughout the event. They took good care of our guests offering more beverages when needed, clearing plates and butler passing desserts. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and outcome! We will be using Thornhill Catering again and again in the future.“
