It's a food truck located on a patio shared with a bar, a stage and a speakeasy. It was really hot outside so I ordered my food so I could eat at home with my AC. The guys working we're friendly enough. The braut was okay but nothing out of the ordinary. I personally prefer my brauts grilled for a nice smoked taste but this was pretty good. I didn't care at all for their potato salad though.
CONVENIENCE!!! Very nice staff very accommodating and an awesome environment for chilling out and eating bratwurst. Very convenient location and they even give you a little buzzer for when your food's ready. Thank you Dylan for helping me out with some of my food allergies and getting me set up!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got a bunless German Wurst and wondered if it would be worth $12 plus a tip. It was! It was literally smothered in tasty sauerkraut, grilled onions and damn delicious brown mustard, drizzled with hot chili ketchup. I'm already wanting another. I'm glad to have a new go to place for my low carb lifestyle while in Gruene. Thank you Sam, you sir are quite the chef.
