“This place is awesome. I’m from Houston and have yet to have anything comparable to the mexican food/ breakfast tacos and burritos back home, this place was it. I had an amazing breakfast burrito that I called in and was ready in 10 minutes, and their other food looks amazing as well. “Great food truck. Ordered an asada quesadilla and tacos de cabeza, pastor and asada. Tacos were great. The quesadilla was stuffed with meat BUT imo it needed to be a bit crispier (it was like a big asada taco with cheese). I decided to save it for when I got home so I could reheat it with a bit of butter. The red sauce was spicy . We had two aguas de Jamaica which were huge, but a bit too sweet. I bought an ice cup at Buc-ee's and that mellowed out the taste. The price was good for the amount of food. The service was friendly.“
“I tried the chicken wrap it was delicious the owner was a very pleasant man and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I enjoyed my meal I won't go into details as to how I got my meal, but let's just say that he was truly kind and very generous with the way the food was prepared definitely a place I will visit for my next meal stop especially being that this was a food truck variety meal but I tell you it was delicious.“
“So I came by 11/30/2022 for lunch. By far the best hotdog I have ever eaten. I tried the Texas dog and it didn't disappoint. I'm gonna have to order two dogs every time I go going forward. If you haven't tried them yet you definitely are missing out. Homemade everything by far the best quick meal I have had ever. I highly recommend you stop by and check this couple out. “Locally owned BBQ place, with amazing flavor! The staff there were great, and very friendly. My wife ordered the sampler plate. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. Everything was delicious! The ribs are fall off the bone tender! I ordered the turkey sandwich and a sausage roll. The turkey was fantastic! Their corn, and the mac and cheese was also good. I’ve got to say, out of all of this goodness, the star of the show that tied it all together was their mango habanero BBQ sauce!! Dynamite!!!! Thank you for a great dining experience! “I’ve lived in Texas all my life, so I’ve had a lot of barbecue. I can confidently say that Coronado’s has some of the BEST barbecue I’ve ever had! We got the ribs, pulled pork, and creamed corn, and they were all amazing. The dessert is also 10/10!! The two owners are also incredibly kind!! If you are looking to get BBQ in the New Braunfels area, definitely check this place out!“
