“In my opinion, this is probably the most reliable taco place in town. They offer lots of options, and they're always great. The service is good. My go-to tacos here are the potato-bean-picadillo, all cooked to dorado. If you haven't tried them and you're dining in, the papa escondido is great. They aren’t as good for takeout, but for dining in, it's at the top of the list to try. I would definitely recommend it this place.“

“My husband and i came here on a date night. We chose to sit outside and we were blessed with an amazing waitress, Marianna. She had excellent customer service from the get go. We proceeded to have our dinner and we were approached by the manager, Marta. She was just such a lovely and genuine person. The food was top notch. “I normally come here and have amazing service but this past time I invited two friends and it was totally different my friend had to keep casing the waitress and the food wasn't all that like usually. “These tacos are different than other tacos sold in town. These are shredded beef tacos with lettuce and tomatoes. You can accompany them with a jalapeno or filled carrots. The only drawback is that if you eat in it is outdoor seating. The tables have a shade.“

“Our fave place for casual lunch. This is our first time at this location. We are regulars at the Harlingen location. Definitely did not disappoint- we always go for tripa tacos, Ribeye plate and cucumber lemonade. Always satisfying. Great, nice and attentive server.“

Get take out for work, you have to pay over the phone in order for them to make the food and then ask for a tip over the phone. I like to tip but I think it's pretty crazy to ask for it before receiving the service or for take out. Anyway I tipped a dollar and they didn't even put any salsas in the bag. Tacos were still bomb tho. Or I went to dine in and I ordered a cheese and nodal taco and they forgot the cheese. And I let my waitress know and she told the cook and you can hear him arguing about it, saying he did it and then asked to see the taco so they had to take my plate.. and then you can still hear bickering and you see the waitress showing him the ticket where I asked for it....that was a bit unprofessional. “I came here for the 1st time. 1st of all, they only accept cash. I ordered a dozen chicken flautas, 8 shredded beef tacos, a burger, a drink, and fries. The burger was subpar. Fries were ok. The chicken flautas were ok as well. The tacos were the best by far. I think if I had ordered the beef flautas instead of chicken, it would've tasted better. But if ur going for the 1st time, stick to the shredded beef. The chicken has no flavor. In total I paid 26 dollars.“
