Usually have a wonderful experience here, but went through the drive thru tonight and Braiden, who took my order, tried to tell me they didn’t have mac and cheese, as in they don’t make it or have it on their menu and I had to argue with him to get him to remember that they do in fact sell Mac and cheese. A little unusual for a chik-fil-a to not be busy. We were visiting Plano for the week and grab some biscuits for breakfast.Polite as usual, but not the best customer services we are used to experiencing at our neighborhood location.
