Host upset due to asking to move table due to a pregnant women uncomfortable fitting in a half table. This was a first time experience was not aware to make reservations. Was informed that this messes up their evening seatings, restaurant was not busy nor had any wait. Will be the first and last time we visit.
We booked our office Christmas party 6 weeks in advance and planned everything carefully. Today, the DAY of the party, we were told our reservation was CANCELLED because a bigger party came along.
Months of planning thrown out the window for someone else. This is disrespectful, unprofessional, and outrageous. A restaurant that cannot honor a confirmed reservation clearly does not care about its customers.

I usually love the food here, but I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at the bar. My significant other and I sat at the bar to watch the Astros game, which was already on when we arrived. Partway through, another couple came in and the bartender switched the channel for them.
