L&L Hawaiian Barbecue Reviews
Terrible food. Overcooked eggs, tough meat, unseasoned in any way. Second visit same as the first. This is a “never again” kind of place. Ordered our food to go. It was brought us to dine in…along with one fork & three knives. The cashier seemed offended when we asked for a bag. Honestly, I should have asked for my money back when I looked at this pile of garbage.
And what is with the pale gravy in a loco moco?

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue offers authentic Hawaiian and Filipino-inspired cuisine with generous portions and fair prices. The restaurant features mixed plates that let customers try a variety of dishes, including Filipino favorites like tosilog. The regular portions are filling, with large servings of rice and tocino. Many customers praise the food as consistently great, with some calling it the best Hawaiian barbecue in the Dallas area. Favorites include the short rib plate and the barbecue mix plate. The food is prepared fresh on-site, and service is quick, often taking only 10-15 minutes. The place is casual and simple, ideal for a relaxed meal rather than a fancy dining experience. While some dishes may be a bit oily, overall, the food is enjoyable and satisfying. The atmosphere is laid-back, and the restaurant seems to focus more on take-out, making it a popular spot for those seeking good, hearty Hawaiian and Filipino-style food.
