Never can get my order right yet they charge me for the extras I request. I'm going to start sitting in the line checking my food before I pull forward..should have known to do it especially with this location. Supposed to have extra bacon..instead none at all.
Incredibly thoughtful staff that went the extra mile to ensure my order was correct, promo honored, etc.
This place has horrible customer service. I walked in to order and stood there for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Not how can I help you or nothing. Every single person who works here literally just looked at me and proceeded to talk to each other, talk on their cell phone, and tend to the drive through. I will never return. Time 4:35PM August 11th.
