Mesero - Legacy West Reviews
I dined today at Mesero had a birthday coupon for $10 the server went and took my phone to show the manager Nelsy my coupon took over 5 minutes went through my phone deleted all emails from Mesero and did not have permission. This is a breach of privacy and completely unethical and illegal without my permission. The restaurant is good but this act has made me no longer a patron. I am shocked and highly upset with this type of service. If the concern was using a $10 coupon again...read full review

Mesero - Legacy West offers a variety of dishes, including clearly labeled vegetarian options. The service is generally good, with attentive waitstaff, although recent visits have experienced slower or disorganized service. The guacamole is particularly praised, and the green salsa with avocado is spectacular. The restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere, especially when seating near the fountain, making it perfect for families with kids. The menu includes popular items like mix and match tacos, enchiladas, and the kids cheeseburger and quesadilla, with highlights such as the quinoa taco and mole enchilada. The food is consistently good, and even the kids' meals are top-notch. Some dishes, like coleslaw, could use a touch more salt. The dips for their complimentary tortilla chips, especially the spicy one, are great and work well with tacos. The tacos are pretty good, though not better than a nice affordable family-owned Mexican restaurant. The churros with caramel filling are nice. The restaurant is located in the heart of Legacy West with free covered parking across the street. The atmosphere is lively and friendly, making it a popular spot for families and groups. While service is generally attentive, there can be some disorganization, and wait times may be a bit slow during busy hours. Overall, Mesero is highly recommended for its good food, welcoming vibe, and convenient location.
