Good sandwiches & side items.
Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up.

Today was our first time at Potbelly ever, and it was amazing. The staff was so helpful and cool, Lavi (I’m probably spelling it wrong) was so personable and sweet! He made us feel so comfortable and answered all of our questions. We will be back, best sandwich I have ever had, I got the avo turkey, sooo good!
Always good. The peppers will kick your butt.

Potbelly is a favorite go-to sandwich spot. The counter service is good and efficient, and workers are pleasant. The menu is slightly more limited than some other sandwich shops, but what they have is good. Specific sandwiches like the Clubby are made perfectly. The staff is really kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure customers get what they need. They do not skimp on portions, so people always leave full. However, service can take significantly longer than expected, with some waiting over 30 minutes for a pick-up order while other sandwiches were picked up first. Despite this, the staff remains kind. One worker named Andrew took great care of a take-out order for 14 people, packing everything into two bags so nothing was squished and the pickup was quick. Another worker named Joseph was wonderfully kind and fantastic at sandwich making, with glorious small talk. It is a good place for a quick tasty sandwich.
