Doordash. Waiting outside, I received a message it had been cancelled by the Doordash driver with no explaination. I called Potbellies and spoke with Brian, who advised I need to call Doordash. I called Doordash and after transferring me around said this is on Potbellies. I drove to Potbellies and spoke with Brian who said it's on Doordash, and explained why. Bryan is incredible, I was having a bad day and decided to get potbelly. I usually ask for the peppers on the side just because I like them but they hurt my stomach if I have too many, and when I pulled around to the side to eat it in my car lol I noticed the peppers were on it. I don't think I've ever gone back in and asked to have an order remade because I'd feel bad, but given my day was bad I decided I really didn't want the stomach ache on top of everything else on my plate...read full review
