We went for our anniversary. The place is BEAUTIFUL! Stefan, our waiter, was fantastic. The others who attended us were also lovely. The food is totally worth the price. We visited Toulouse for the first time as a group of four on a Friday night and at the end of the evening we realized that it had just become a universal favorite.First, let's be honest. French food has a reputation - it's generally wonderfully prepared and presented, beautifully plated, and elegantly rich and flavorful. By far the best spot in legacy west. The food is amazing and the team is really nice efficient and knowledgeable. I have tried this location several times and never disappoints so had to write a review! Last night it was brie to start and then steak and frites the lobster salad and the incredible raspberry soufflé. It was all perfectly cooked and the food came out quickly! If you want a guaranteed great experience in Plano look no further.
