Cannot even get your name spelled right on important documents. Then, when you ask for them to be corrected given the amount of money being sent and the previous mistakes that have been made, you get attitude!
Pretty good title company that the lender uses for my refinance. Went smoothly and I like that they send someone to you to do the closing instead of having to go out during pandemic.

Handling a sell of a property for a client and they used this title company to handle their refinance. Well after title work was received, there are still 2 unreleased deeds of trust on title and now have to be taken care of because Transtar National Title did not make sure these were removed from title.
