I really want to like this place. The food and smoothies are really good. Unfortunately the staff is the issue. The wait times are long and the orders are routinely wrong. I tried to mitigate the wait time by ordering pickup online but they didn’t start making my wrap until the pickup time. And then it took 10 minutes for them to make the wrong wrap (which I didn’t notice until later). Another customer also had the wrong food and returned while I was waiting. I used to go to this location frequently over a year ago and they were pretty good. Recently I decided to come back and I was severely dissapointed.
