Just exchange it with a smile and apologize.“
“Haven't had a bad experience yet so i will continue to go there. My husband and i tried a couple of their Subway Series sandwiches and enjoyed them. First time I've ever had a sandwich toasted and it might become something I do more of.“

“Absolutely love the onion rings at Dairy Queen. Service was less than desirable due to staffing shortage. Food arrived hot. The order was not correct. They forgot to add the jalapenos but we still enjoyed our food. The banana split was not fully loaded as ordered but it was fine nonetheless.
