“This is a great “go-to” place right after a rough day. Neha Vijayananda makes the best Cocktails. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!It's located on the bottom floor of the Northside apartment complex next to the UTD campus. Northside Drafthouse is right across the street. The two bars make up a great place for UTD students to hang out.American Tap Room is hands down better in the atmosphere and service categories compared to Northside. The open airy space with cool grays and white tiles are wonderful, which is in direct contrast to the dingy run-down college bar look of Northside.“

“Recently visited Deep Ellum, Hawkers was one of our favourite restaurants, food & cocktails were so good we went 3 times. One of the waitresses was so nice, even shared one of her eclipse pictures and Isaac the manager was lovely, gave us complimentary dessert which was delicious, highly recommend“

“If I could give this review six stars, I would. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with traditional greetings and an irresistible aroma of great food. The staff here are amazing. As for the ramen itself each bowl is a work of art, with flavors that truly deserve many awards. The ambiance is cozy yet vibrant, perfect for a solo lunch or a nice dinner. If you're craving an unforgettable ramen experience, do yourself a favor. You won't regret it.“

“Celebrated my friends birthday here and had a great dinner experience. Marcelo, our waiter was amazing! We had appetizers...meat dolmas, caprese salad, and white wine. For entrees, chicken kebab and meat kebab plates with side salads and a Malbec wine. No complaints but would've picked a lighter red wine next time. Desert was a chocolate mouse cake that was light & delicious. Really enjoyed the music selection it kept you going.“

“Went for happy hour. It was our second time there in a while and we always like the vibes of Rye. Shame to see to that their amazing espresso martini is no longer on happy hour menu, but their old fashioned is quit good as well. We opted to get everything on the happy hour menu. The Icelandic hotdog was exquisite and the best thing on the HH menu. Pork belly taco - great. Fry bread - ok the bread was fine, but I have a sensitive nose so I thought there cheese or butter it came with smelled like a wet towel. That said my wife said it was good, so maybe I don't know anything lol. Classic burger - I remembered this being good last time, but it wasn't great. I thought the bread was a little dry and the meat was overdone. Wouldn't get this again. Fried mushroom - this was delicious. Chicken taco special - this one was super spicy and I think they overdone it on certain ingredient. Maybe paprika? Didn't like it. While the food was mixed, the HH is a great value, great drinks and great vibe. Service was friendly and quick too.“

“The pork chashu and egg in the ramen is amazing, by far the highest quality pork and egg of any ramen place i've had. The ramen pork broth could be a bit more flavorful to be like authentic japanese style but was still good, the karaage is very tasty. No real service, self serve with ipads at the front, and a bit pricey for the meal. Love the spice options for the miso ramen, very tasty!“
