“SO. DELICIOUS. I ordered their chicken katsu bento box, and every single item is so fresh. The chicken is super juicy, the sushi, salad, and fried tempura were on point. I also really appreciate how they took the time to package everything so neatly. For example, I ordered a sprite, and they put the bottle of sprite and a cup of ice in a separate bag. Definitely ordering from Kansha again!“
“The pork chashu and egg in the ramen is amazing, by far the highest quality pork and egg of any ramen place i've had. The ramen pork broth could be a bit more flavorful to be like authentic japanese style but was still good, the karaage is very tasty. No real service, self serve with ipads at the front, and a bit pricey for the meal. Love the spice options for the miso ramen, very tasty!“
“I've been a regular at JC since grand opening and I consistently order the Galbi to go. Abundant meat for the price, the quality also shows in the taste. The right amount of char, flavor, and fat, it is some of the best galbi you can get in the area. Sode dishes are nothing crazy- a small portion of rice topped with fried egg and two gyozas. (Would prefer to have kimchi or other pickled vegetables to cut through richness of protein as opposed to more fat). Service is both kind and incredibly quick- never exceeds 10 minutes to prepare.“
“As a first-time visitor and a fan of Japanese cuisine, I was thoroughly impressed by their impeccable service, stunning food presentation, and reasonable prices. Great job! I highly recommend it if you're in town.Vegetarian options: Go in and explore it for yourself ?Dietary restrictions: None!“
“My son and I love to get sushi together. Just this past weekend, we stumbled across a hidden gem in Murphy, TX. As we walked into Kenzo, the atmosphere immediately took me back to some small neighborhood eateries in the Chicagoland area i used to frequent. it was dim and Clean and art hung from the walls. from bamboo paintings to ceramic wall hangings. The deep red was inviting and they were quick to seat us. As we looked around there were also knic knacks and gifts from what we could only assume were from grateful local patrons. We saw a sign that was made from a local 17 year old patron of wood and plastic which my son and i agreed must have been cut precisely on a C&C machine and layered together. As an anime fan it was awesome to see the coloring pages of multiple young artists favorite characters... There was Nezuko and Beerus and Goku and well....you get it. On to the food!We went simple with some pork gyoza for an appetizer. For our main lunch we chose Spicy tempura Rolls, Spicy Salmon Rolls and my son definitely need his spicy california roll! The Gyoza was so Crisp and the pork was cooked perfectly. The dipping sauce had a sweet broth flavor. We were pleasantly surprised and i would highly recommend. Unless you need something lighter. The Rolls came out in a family style on one plate and my son and I loved that. From the tight rolls, crispy shrimp and all the way to the tangy eel sauce and spicy mayo... these rolls were on point! They hit the spot as we were completing our meal, our server went to a hidden fridge and surprised both of us with a vanilla icecream bar covered with a chocolate shell. We were a bit thrown off, however it was an awesome pallette cleanser and a great way to wrap a giant red bow on this experience. Hats off Kenzo...Great Apps!, Great Rolls! Great staff and dessert was amazing!! You have made new customer(s) of me and my family! I highly recommend this budget friendly treasure hidden in a strip mall. GO SEE THEM!!!“
“We came came here for lunch today for the first time, and enjoyed the $9 ramen weekday lunch special immensely. It was warm and humid outside, and inside it was delightfully cool, and half full (Wednesday between 12:30 and 1).Both ramens were delish in their own unique ways:I had the veggie ramen, and it was packed with bok choy, shrooms, bamboo sprouts, and corn. The broth was w mellow rich mushroom, and the "vegan noodles" (not sure how they differ from the stock noodle) were just the right amount of toothsome, perfectly cooked and served. If you feel like amping up the volume a bit, add some soy (I did) or chili oil/powder, available if you ask for either/both.Jamie had the spicy miso, and the heat heat pushed the envelope of her comfort zone (just right for my palate). It had ground pork, a lightly poached egg, and some bamboo shoots in it, served in a milky hued broth amped up with chili oil. This place is a neighborhood gem, and we will return often going forward.“
“Wow.. this is a very unique ramen spot that specializes in Dashi/clear soup. It's very hearty and delicious without the feeling of heaviness after. We tried the Hinodeya Special Ramen (comes with bed of littleneck clams) and it was so fresh tasting. Service was very accommodating and attentive. We came out very impressed.“
“We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The restaurant was very clean, ans it was cool to see so many different staff members all working together to make sure all of the tables were taken care of. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. We will absolutely be back often.“
“Very delicious. We got thai milk tea with boba, kids dry ramen with chicken, bao buns, bibimbap, kstyle combo to include kpop soup, fried mandu, and drink. We got spicy level 2 for both the kpop soup and bibimbap. The spicy has a kick but is also so flavorful. We really enjoyed the food but also the cute atmosphere. They also have a person you can order with or a kiosk if you prefer. The kiosk is very easy to use. They will bring the food to your table whenever it is ready, or call your name if it is to go order.“
“The food was reasonably priced, we were seated immediately, and the food arrived quickly. Overall, it was perfect!I loved the options you could choose for the ramen, especially the bamboo shoots and the sweet corn.We were in Dallas for an event and wanted ramen for dinner. We will definitely visit again next time we are in town.“
“This is a little hidden gem in Dallas with some of the most delicious all-you-can-eat sushi I ever had! The menu is extensive with so many varied and unique rolls to try. The servers are very nice, attentive and helpful. The chefs are fast and professional. I will definitely come back. If you like to eat a LOT like I do the $45 for AYCE is WELL worth it.ETA: been here twice in the past 2 months and it is one of my favorite AYCE places in Dallas!“
“Hands down the best and the most affordable ramen place. We frequent the one in Addison, but they have outlets across dallas.Food standards here are AMAZING.Love their Yakisoba noodles and Veg/Vegan Miso Broth Ramen. They have a good deal of options for Veg/Vegan folks out here.Portion sizes are PRETTY BIG - brace for impact and go hungry!“
“I got the Impossible Bun to start and the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen. Both were DELICIOUS!! So flavorful. My husband is a picky eater who's so-so about ramen and even he was impressed with the spicy creamy (with the chili oil on the side as he is less heat tolerant). Jinya also has a nice ambience and good service. My only note is that I wish their staff were more knowledgeable about the vegan options, or that "vegan" was on the key. Their special starter was caramelized cauliflower, which sounded amazing, and when I asked the waiter said it was vegan so I ordered it-but then she came back and said it wasn't, only vegetarian, but she couldn't say what made it not vegan. It's strange that a place that goes so far as to have vegan mayo apparently doesn't have any vegan vegetable options. But-a small complaint when what they do have is SO good!“
“I ordered two bowls of ramen yesterday for lunch via DoorDash. I actually had heard of this place but didn’t bother to really check it out since I feel like there are so many ramen places that are competitors that offer the same things. So basically I almost overlooked this spot but decided to go for it on a whim since I was curious. I was pleasantly surprised since I opted for the create your own ramen and just that was awesome - the ability to create your own ramen AND they offer *chicken miso*. I think I’m a fan now since I honestly don’t like pork or pork-based anything so I usually avoid ramen. But I think the chicken miso is something I will come back for! I only took off one star since I felt the broth was a bit too salty (kept having to drink a lot of water) so please consider a low sodium option.“
“Went here with some out of town friends. A solid find and a solid option for ramen. My wife and I got the umami duck. The broth was flavorful and the noodles (we got the egg noodles) were chewy. We added extra noodles and were able to split the bowl. Spacious restaurant with friendly service. Their menu is quite extensive and the reviews are positive. I would be interested in coming back to try their tonkotsu ramen and their appetizers + other entrees“
“Server was very clearly new, or very inexperienced. No plates, no silverware, pretty bad service overall, had to ask or constantly remind them for basic things. The food was delicious though, the crab rangoons were amazing! I also got the cherry blossom sushi rolls and they were delicious.“
“I'm not a hater so I'm not gonna post a bad review I can tell it's fairly new. I came in for lunch and they had one server and I can tell the owners of the place were in handling some business they were nice. I ordered takoyaki it was decent. I didn't go for the ramen it was lunch time and I didn't want to be waking around all full and tired so I went for the Japanese fried rice choice of chicken beef and shrimp or combination. I asked if I can do a pork belly instead of the other choices, without hesitation she said NO. I was a bit taken back because what ramen place doesn't have a traditional pork belly bowl, you serve pork belly with the ramen. Anyways that's my only complain because I sat at the bar by the kitchen and I heard one of them customizing an order. If it was extra I wouldn't care that's how most ramen place operate. Other than that food was good and like I said place looked new for the owners to be putting in work. In due time hope more is added to the menu.“
“Okay, this is my secret to go place. If you want some authentic and cheap and high quality Chinese food, go here. Warning, skip all American/ ramen menu part. I have not taste that portion, but feel free to try, it’s just that I would strongly recommend the chief special page till the end.“
“Cozy place serving delicious ramen and lots of other options for non-ramen people. I got the shoyu and substituted tofu and it was delicious. Very flavorful with the thick wavy noodles. My son had the tonkatsu and he inhaled the bowl. Highly recommend!“
“A local favorite for the US and East Asian folks alike. Nice service staff, quiet and subdued decorations augmented by very talented sushi chefs and back chicken staff. This place is always a winner, do call for reservations.Dietary restrictions: Talented sushi bar and back kitchen staff are always willing to accommodateKid-friendliness: Parents need to restrain their children, but the restaurant and most guests welcome well- behaved kids.“
“My wife and I visited on a Thurs evening for dinner. It was our first time and service was very friendly! We ordered spicy tonkatsu ramen (MUST try!), black tonkatsu ramen, chicken karaage & chicken gyoza. My wife ordered the milk tea which wasn't too sweet, but very good! All the food came out quickly. A medium sized space with 15+ large tables. Will definitely be back!“
