“Very small place with a big heart. While you may have to tip your head into the kitchen to get attention, the food is top-notch. There's African music in the background, sports on the TVs, a full-service bar, and a nice, comfortable seating area of tables and booths. We'll be going back for more. Between our three diners we had sambusas to start, then lamb kabob dinner, chicken kabob dinner, and beef stew. The spinach is amazing, the fou fou outstanding, and don't miss their dessert - it's kind of a bread/biscuit/not too sweet an ending. The waitress will explain anything you don't know about or have questions on. Great eating. Be careful: we all ate too much!“

“This place rules. Imagine if you stripped out all the exhausting parts of Main Event and Chuck E Cheese and their many clones and just paid an easy flat fee to play the games (its a paradise of arcade games goong back decades) you want to play with no coins or cards or trash toys. Then, you add a quality pizza menu, bottomless soda, and a packed rack of draft Bishop Ciders. That's Cidercade. It's easy going fun for all ages until 8pm. Then it's grown-up time. If you want to bowl, aim yourself out the front door, look at your phone, and map your bad self to a dang bowling alley.“

I love that the staff are all very professionally dressed (there is definitely a specific attire aesthetic which I think is achieved tastefully). Moxies has a pretty large space and turn tables quickly even when busy, which is often. I've walked in and been told the wait is 30 minutes and get seated a lot sooner. Worth the wait either way. “Like a Rhinestone Cowboy! Gettin cards and letters from people I don't even know! This place is all that glitters in Cowtown! If you're lookin' for the next best place to get some Honky Tonk along the Stockyards is Rhinestone Saloon. This place is pretty great- there's a large stage up front. Plenty of room to do some boot scootin'. They've even got people who all do the line dance when the proper song comes blastin' over the jukebox. The band was dirt road music, which went well with Lone Star Beer and a bit o' bourbon. They have a nice porch that overlooks the stockyard that makes for a great place to get a nightcap. In the back, there was food served up with a foodtruck that was doing swift business for all the hungry country and western fans. Yeeeeehaw! “Mark was a wonderful bartender. He was our first bartender there and he was fantastic. However, we went a third time (3/22/24) and there was a woman. I unfortunately did not get her name. She served me and told me that I was being too loud. I apologized saying that I am from a loud family. I’m sensitive and cried out of embarrassment. Whenever my friend arrived and asked me how I was. I’m told them that I was told I was too loud. The bartender then came back and accused me too of acting like I was 12 and Making her a villain. I assured her that I never spoke a bad word about her just repeated that she told me I was too loud. I was embarrassed. I didn’t feel welcome and we attempted to pay but she said to not worry about the drink.I don’t understand what happened or why she was mad that I told my friend what she told me . I no longer feel welcome at my favorite whiskey bar. My fiends tried talking to her to understand the friction and called her out on her rudeness simply by asking her why she was taking digs at me. They didn’t appreciate the situation. She didn’t have to keep insulting me/putting me down. I just needed a moment to process my embarrassment I already apologized for.“

“Good upscale pizza spot, even if it is a bit chaotic. Once you finally find parking in this patch of Southlake retail and walk up, the fair-sized covered patio can be pretty inviting. However, if you brave the indoor area, you'll feel like you've stumbled into a college town pizza pub for the middle-aged. The wooden interior and high ceilings combine for a noisy environment once it starts getting busy. After being seated, we watched servers and food runners scurry around from table to table, trying to keep up while simultaneously missing an opportunity to greet us and get drinks started (took a good 5 minutes to reveal who was working our table). But honestly, these are minor gripes in the big picture here. Once they arrived, our server was friendly and quick on the drinks when they weren't rushing between tables. We opted for the family dinner, which is both a good deal and a lot of leftovers if you have 4 people or less. We added a meatball appetizer, and the seasoned meat and marinara went great with the perfectly toasted bread. The pretzel that came with the dinner package was okay, but honestly felt more like a giant, twisted breadstick (the queso that we paid extra for didn't do it any favors, either). The farm style salad was actually really delicious, probably helped by coating the whole bowl with ranch. This is also the point of the dinner when we realized that we needed to hurry up and finish our first course(s), as table real estate was VERY limited for us, and a big pizza was soon to be en route. The Classic Rossa came out piping hot, but still soft enough that toppings were hanging on for dear life as I scarfed each delicious slice. If you're an older pizza fan, or just a family that's had enough CiCi's for a while, you'll like the step up in class this pizza place provides.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza and salads“

“I ordered the beef pho, which was not highlighted on the menu but was exceptionally good. My son ordered the wonton soup, and it was so perfectly earthy that we actually got another set of bowls so we could share each other’s dishes. My fiancé ordered the classic Tom Yum, and “yum” perfectly described it.I still can’t believe how good the food was!The service was great as well, very intimate, and we were checked on often. A few of the servers were on their phones at the front of the house, which is always a negative, but our server wasn’t, so I’m not holding it against her. They also gave us Thai Tea on the house, which was delightful! I love this place. And it is pretty cool on the inside, especially as it got darker in the restaurant.Overall score: 8.4, and that’s using the Dave Portnoy scale - “very good score.”“

“Great menu, friendly kids on staff but they tend to mess things up (brought me chicken fried chicken instead of chicken fried steak, kept refilling my soda water with still water pitchers). Last night the girl who took care of us literally walked up to me and put her hands out and waited for me to pick up my empty plate and put it in her hands?! Lol, I don't have to help you bus the table, honey.“

“Great drinks, tasty food, and everyone is so friendly! Rob and Reaven are amazing. The open mic night is such a fun time--all the artists are so talented, and it's awesome to watch everyone jam out together. Jamie rocks it on the bass!“

“Would definitely return. The food was great quality. Service was phenomenal. We had the table service. We'll have to go back for the hibachi experience. They don't have a happy hour at this location; which is disappointing because other locations offer happy hour.“

“This place was great ?.The service staff was incredible!very inviting!I enjoyed the band that played last weekend as they cover for Randy Roger's. I mean great band choices here. All the toilets in the women's restroom stopped working however, the staff was so kind to re-route everyone to accommodate the occurrence. When the band paused for break, the DJ played great tunes, everyone. I mean, everyone loved to hoop, holler and dance too.Lots of cowboys here ladies! ?I met so many new friends too and enjoyed a great evening with great people!“
