“I’ve had just a handful of authentic Chicago Deep dish pizzas in the DFW metroplex over the years. Many pizza joints claim to be deep dish but they’re just a glorified pan pizza. Let me tell you, Rosati’s did not disappoint. This was one of the top 5 deep dish pizzas I have ever had. It takes 45 minutes to cook so call ahead, that’s how you know it should be the real deal. I picked my baby up just as she finished cooking. I could see her slowly rolling out of the oven. She went in the box fresh and was too hot for me to eat in the store. There were only two garden tables in the restaurant so you’re not going to do much dinning in. This is definitely a to go or deliver joint. Limited seating aside, this pie is worth the wait/planning ahead. I couldn’t wait to get home. I knew she had cooled off enough to eat. Her aroma had filled the cabin and I couldn’t resist. I pulled into a secluded parking lot and slowly opened her box. She was hot and ready. She had a thin, crispy, flakey, buttery yet sturdy crust. A staple of an authentic deep dish. The layer of mozzarella at the bottom was warm and stringy as I pulled my slice away from the rest of the perfectly cut pizza. The layered toppings covered in Rosati’s marina were too eye appealing and tasted like heaven. Picture perfect. I can’t wait to go back.“

“We were meeting friends for dinner who lived in N. Richland Hills, and they suggested pizza for a late lunch. I did some searching close to their home and Kabylo's popped up on Yelp with solid reviews and we weren't disappointed. In fact we were really amazed how incredible the pies were.Kabylo's is mainly focused on carry-out but they do have a few in-house tables. Our friends ordered a "Meat-Lovers" and my wife, and I ordered the "House Special." While the pies were prepared and put in the oven, we had time to catch up with what's been going on. It was great to see our dear friends.Oh, my goodness, after the first bites of our pies, our conversation got very quiet. We were too busy enjoying the phenomenal pizza. Their dough is incredible along with their pizza sauce. There were ample toppings on each of the pies. We thought we were going to need a to-go box, but, in the end, there wasn't a morsel left to take home. We've got to visit again real soon. Thank you Kabylo's for the wonderful experience.“
“First time visit for my wife and I over lunch. Fantastic! My wife got the Nashville Chicken Sandwich combo with fries. I got wings with House Sauce and fries and we split an order of pickle chips. Wife loved the sandwich. Wings were well above average meat amount per wing and tasty. My wife is a pickle chip connoisseur and these were hands down her favorite of ALL TIME. Thicker chips than most places too. Most pickle chips end up soggy through the batter and fry process. These were the rare ones that stayed crisp and full of batter through the meal. Seasoning on fries was not to my taste but my wife loved them and took my extras. I'll just ask for plain next time as they otherwise were very thick crinkle fries and looked good. Highly recommend. Will tell our adult kids to try as they love chicken and the Mac and cheese on the menu are a family "next try" item. Met owner husband wife who were very friendly and patient with our questions as first time customers. In my after work drive home "honey do you want me to pick up dinner" list.“

Nice crispy charred edges on the patties. Adding fries and a canned soda is only $2 and worth it. The fries are steak cut with a seasoned salt. The fish was fried fresh and steaming hot when served. Crinkle cut fries were crispy, fresh and had some incredible seasoning on sprinkled on top. They make their own tarter sauce too. It's Ike no other and almost addictive. Now back to the fish. The combo came with 2 large filets. They were fried perfectly. Crispy and golden on the outside and fully cooked but not overly done on the inside. Fish was seasoned well and tasted great! They forgot to put hushpuppies on out plates. No big deal because we still had plenty of food to eat.“
