“Three of us friends arrived at the restaurant and sat on the patio due to the fact that it was a lovely evening. The wait staff came out and brought us our food and I believe at one point the manager also came out and greeted us. We had some very typical dishes, spaghetti, garlic bread, and my friend had another Italian dish. One friend had wine and two of us had a mixed drink. Our bill came out and it was quite expensive. So we talked about how we did not feel like the price matched the quality or the taste of the food/drinks. I do hope that this local restaurant will make it. I do love supporting a local restaurants. But I was not wowed by the quality or the taste of our Italian food. I hope somebody else has a better experience otherwise. The wait staff was lovely. The environment was lovely and the effort is beautiful.“

“Ohh my YUM! We’re from Missouri & came down for the Cotton Bowl (MIZ-ZOU!!!!) and happened to drive by this place. We had garlic cheese bread, spaghetti, pizza, and spaghetti with meatballs. “Small restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating; 5 tables inside. The food was outstanding. The service was incredible and I loved being able to peek into the kitchen through the window to see your food being made right in front of you. I ordered Tricolore and it was penne pasta with spinach and tomatoes with a white sauce. It was good, but not 10/10. My husband ordered Gambrini (I might be spelling it wrong) and it was out of this world. The focaccia and the balsamic vinaigrette were also amazing, We will absolutely be back!

Vegetarian options: There were plenty of vegetarian options. I'm not vegetarian but I don't eat a lot of meat. I chose a vegetarian plate (Tricolore) and was happy with it. My husband ordered a shrimp dish (Gambrini) and I didn't try the shrimp, but the pasta was out of this world on his plate.“

First off they have a lovely patio area with outside heaters when cool out, the service was OUTSTANDING and our server Jason went above and beyond for our entire dinner! The food was absolutely delicious especially the agnolotti with butternut squash! Hubby was super satisfied and happy with the tagitelle bolognese dish, and our crostini appetizer was to die for! Our server really made the meal that much better and I highly recommend you request Jason as you will not be disappointed. It was our first time here and definitely will not be our last. “Our daughters recommended we celebrate our anniversary here. We had an amazing experience! Everything was superb. The entire staff was very friendly. Our waiter Caleb went above and beyond! The manager Cathryn, chefs Landon and Frankie made sure they added a special touch to our anniversary dinner. The food is bursting with flavor. “We visited Cafe Bella for our Anniversary and it was wonderful! Its hidden away in an area close to TCU campus. The atmosphere was cozy and we felt as if we were in a five star dining establishment, but the prices are reasonable. They do not serve alcohol but you can bring your own wine. The bread that was served before our meal was so hot and perfect. The Lobster Ravioli melts in your mouth and makes your taste buds sing! we will definitely be back!“

So I came in with high hopes for this restaurant and when I first arrived it seemed like your typical whole in a wall restaurant which I love. As we walked in the staff barely greeted us like we were disturbing their evening. The waitress brought us to the table but was very cold instead of warm and welcoming like you expect from an Italian family type restaurant. Of course you gotta get a salad so I did but I asked for croutons and 20 min later I had to go to the kitchen myself and get them. Then our food comes out I got the saltiest not just lasagna but the salty saltiest food I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t even eat it and I was starving but the major fumble was then I had to ask for bread that’s supposed to come with the meal that would never happen at Olive Garden I mean this place can’t even give you the bare minimum on customer service. Now the next part is the kicker now keep in mind I still paid for my meal obviously everyone from ownership to management to staff does not care and doesnt carry that true Italian passion you get from other Italian restaurants. And as we left the staff said thanks for the 1 star review my reply “you welcome and you get what you deserve” then an argument insued… Do Not Do Not waste your money or time here they already got my donation hope it helps them make improvements because based on all these reviews the people of Saginaw deserve better than this much better than this. Don’t Support this Place until they are willing to listen to the people and make changes…“

“We have been here many times and usually go for my birthday. It’s the place I always pick. It never disappoints. It’s a small restaurant that doesn’t care about mass producing food to serve high volumes of customers. Everything is extremely fresh and is prepared by the order. Yes, it’s more than all the bad chain restaurants, but you get what you pay for. I’ve had the quail, Buffalo mozzarella, and Italian sausage appetizers. They are all so good it’s hard to choose. I’ve had fish, multiple Buffalo cuts, the filet, ribeye, bone in ribeye, etc. it’s all amazing. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Rode my motorcycle down to Freeport to visit friends. On my way back to Canada I noticed Ian Moore was playing here on June 16, so I booked tickets. Why this place is only 4.3 stars, I don't understand. The pizzas are very good. The beer is excellent and the atmosphere was electric. Even the service was spot on. By the way, the murals are incredible. I live near Niagara Falls, Canada, but if I'm ever near there again I will stop in for a beer.“
