“This is an EXCELLENT, yet unassuming and affordable family owned restaurant! We stopped here driving from Harlingen to San Antonio because they had gluten-free items and loved it so much, we stopped on our drive back as well.The al pastor dish was incredibly flavorful - we had it both times. The chips & salsa were very good, as was the enchiladas verde with chicken. We also loved the refried beans and their guacamole.Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone - and especially gluten-sensitive people. We will be back again next time we make the drive. Friendly service and a lot of "regulars", which tells you they've got a good thing going.Dietary restrictions: Severe gluten allergy and we had 3 different dishes with no reactions whatsoever!
