“What a great night out. After reading their mission statement on the website, about Gabriella’s being a space to come and hang out with your loved ones and friends to create memories, I was looking forward to seeing what that was all about and even more intrigued by the food pictures! Well they weren’t kidding… we sat and talked and talked and ordered and then ordered again! I was supposed to be on a diet but I soon got over that! Although if you would just get the seared tuna and watermelon salad - voila! You would have stuck to your diet! And it would have been plenty as each dish is shareable ! I got a bit grumpy as I’m not a sharer and wanted to order the same delicious dish again JUST for me, but when I realized the four of us were on a mission to taste almost the whole menu I did move on and enter into it wholeheartedly! I’m not going to list everything we had or try to give each item a review as we were very much in the moment and eating and visiting with our great friends. It was a very enjoyable experience. Would I return ? Hell yeah!”
“Comfort food which was awesome. Staff was the bestWheelchair accessibility: U can get under table and space for chair. get in and out of restaurant no problem. Staff is courteous”
“I had the Zeus gyro with poutine fries and a Brisk tea for $16. Everything was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Friendly service and I will be back for a burger.”
“Really good today ! They post a special daily on the chalk board ….The special today was The Mother Load ! Also ordered a Round up ! You order at the window if you want it to go they bring it to your vehicle. But it’s better to dine in if you can !”
“Old Fulton Seafood Cafe & Steakhouse was such a pleasant surprise, truly a hidden gem, when my family and I came to Rockport for a visit. The four of us had so many compliments for high quality food and service. We were warmly greeted and treated well with the utmost attention to detail.Gari was our charming server who was informed in food and local lore. At one point in our meal she brought an extensive selection of condiments, nearly all house-made. Of particular interest was the Captain Morgan sauce made with (of course) Captain Morgan’s and added both a sweet, zesty punch. House made tartar sauce was also particularly good. The seafood combos were cooked to perfection and generous in portion. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Many dining establishments make the claim, “We serve the finest”. However, at Old Fulton it’s taken to a whole other level. Highly recommended.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is readily available. The hostess was very accommodating in making a seating changes for my husband’s and my comfort.”
“Food was incredible, but its so busy its like cattle moving in and out. Its just missing something. The food keeps me going back because its definitely not the atmosphere”
“The prawns were excellent. My husband had the stuffed red fish which was good, but took a long time to be served. Apparently they need more help. Atmosphere was just ok. We both thought it was a little too pricey!”
“First time customer. I had a bit of trouble seeing it from the road but I’m sure glad I turned around and looked again. All the items looks delicious and I opted for the large Honey Bee Pollen smoothie. It was outstanding, smooth and creamy. Tasted wonderful. I’ve been told that the tacos are wonderful and that they are very large. The restaurant was clean and well-lit. Bathroom was very clean. I’ll definitely make this a regular stop. Mrs. Nunez has done a wonderful job on this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: A lot of variety for any type of eater.”
“Rockport has so much to offer, including this outstanding restaurant downtown! Everything on the menu was unique, covering seafood to comfort food, all while maintaining a classy experience. Cocktails were made with premium labels and the menu’s signature section featured drinks covering every taste preference. For an appetizer, the deviled eggs stood out to us by featuring shrimp and crab as garnish, which sounded extremely unique. Every course after that was outstanding and we couldn’t recommend 495 enough to anyone traveling or passing by. A big thank you to our Devin for the great menu recommendations and thank you to the kitchen staff for preparing us an outstanding dinner!”
“Very good fried seafood! The pastas looked awesome too, but i had the fried shrimp and fish with delicious thick onion rings. This place is definitely worth the stop! We had to wait about 45 minutes on a Friday night, and parking was a little difficult.”
“One of the best restaurants in town! We always receive great service, very friendly staff, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Highly reccomend! We love their spicy mandarin wings, the Rooster sandwich, and kimchi fries the best. Soooo good!”
“Menu is great! Not just your average burger and fries! I included the specials menu in photos. We had the 'Big Tree Burger', the 'Goose Island' burger and for myself the 'Smokey Chedar Bacon Burger'. All were great. Especially great was the appetiser (yes we had this on top of burgers!) 'Tachos' tatertots done like nachos (photo included). We devoured those!Local and awesome. Place has been around for 25 or 30 years and survived hurricanes.Kid-friendliness: They have 2 pool tables and dont mind the kids gaving a game or two. Lots to look at. They also regularly have locally sponsored raffles for kids item (kids rifles, etc).”
“My mom’s name was JJ, so naturally I had to give this place a try. I absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, the service outstanding and the decor was so cute. Love they gave honor to veterans, which Mom instilled in us growing up.”
“Weather was crazy freezing, so I couldn't get it dipped and eat it there. I had to get the jus on the side and roll to the house. It was good, but I'm sure it would have been better hot off the press dipped.”
“Having been from Austin and BBQ country I can say I’m a BBQ snob… This is the REAL DEAL! I pass by 5 Bbq restaurants to get my smoked meat! Great food and great service highly ”
