I discovered Laredo Taco Company many years ago when I would travel across the highways and byways of Texas selling oil and gas software twice a year in what we called our Waltzes Across Texas. My first love was the Picadillo or beef fajita tacos and the salsa bar. Today, my go to order is a carnitas bravas or potato and chorizo taco. With homemade flour tortillas. Yum!
