“I found this place on a whim and am so glad I did. The food was super delicious and the servers were exceptional. I was very impressed with the whole experience. And the best part is I left feeling full but not weighed down. We can't wait to go back! (Side note for those like me who didn't know, this place is halal which means no alcohol; it didn't matter to me but some of the family I was with were disappointed).”

“So the atmosphere and service are good. I mean, obviously, you will have to get up and get any extras you need but it's not bad. They have a separate area for ordering food and alcohol but its good. The pizza is good. Some of the pizza is not. The ranch is atrocious. Do not order. Other than that, I enjoyed it here.”

“Delicious! We went to Germany last Fall, and had a hankering for Doner. Lo and behold, there was this place just around the corner from our stay! We both ordered the lamb and beef for our protein, of course! My SO had the plate, and I, the box. Ate mine as a salad and enjoyed every bite with my add-on olives. They have sauces: Spicy Chili, Garlic Yogurt, and Spicy Cilantro. We tried them all. That chili really does give it a kick! If you're wanting something light for flavor, choose the garlic yogurt. Want something in between with a little bite? Go with my favorite, the Spicy cilantro!”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but let me tell you, the Corndogs were amazing. This was my first time trying it and did not disappoint. Even tho the food itself is 5 stars the customer service gets 5 starts too. Everyone there was so helpful and generous asking if the food was okay and if we needed anything else even checking if we needed refills. I took my 1 and a half year old son and the worker was so nice to him she even started playing baby music like the wheels on the bus, baby shark and etc. over all my experience there was a 10/10 definitely recommend.”

“So... I may have just found a place to replace my favorite smoothie/acai bowl place! A little more expensive, but I don't have to question whether there is sugar on anything. I bought way too much ($65+) just to try their juices, smoothies, and acai bowls. It was only my daughter and I. Everything was good. I like how they have plans if you are trying to detox and don't want to make the juices yourself. The owner was super helpful. Actually, he saw me squinting because I accidentally left my glasses at home (but I am NOT blind yall... don't judge me). So, he offered a different way for me to review the menu. He explained how they do things. They seem super upfront and honest. They try to buy locally from farmers and organic. If they can't get an item organic, they notate what items are not organic on their board for customers to know. Ummm... that is upfront and honest. I love it.

We liked the juices, smoothie, and the acai bowl (daughter and I). Plus, I happened to see a scripture in their product book. I am totally going to rock it out with this company. ?

“My boyfriend and I went to Cafe Java. It was my boyfriend's first time and the thing he was constantly talking about was the service. Our waiter, Joshua was AMAZING. He was very friendly as well as respectful. Anytime you asked him something he'd respond with, "Yes ma'am, yes sir!" He has a wonderful attitude. If you see him let him know he's great!

Dietary restrictions: I am currently on the carnivore diet, which is meat, salt, and butter only. Cafe Java accommodated my needs very well. There was a mess up in my order, but it was complicated and really busy in there so there is grace. It was overall lovely.”

The tables did need a bit of cleaning outdoors, but we found one that wasn't too bad and sat down. The tacos were amazing. I definitely recommend the chicken and waffle taco. I've eaten at the Velvet Taco in the Domain but never at this location. The food was fantastic ?”

“REALLY good beer. Like, surprisingly good beer for a 9 month old brewery. Hubby says 'Well, good beer IS mostly about science...." and I'm, like, "... and nerds, so they must know the science?" Nice little spot with a group of gamers meeting at a couple of tables and a bunch of games available, if you want to play board games. No food menu but there is a kolache shop next door.”

While I have never had the opportunity to enjoy the other goodies within the shop, they always look SO good when I go in to pick up my order.”

“We are regular customers, and they charged us 20% service for 2 additional family members. We were told it was because people come in and order water and share 2 meals. This day there were 8 family members I brought to eat there from out of town. My bill was 96.00. We have always paid for each meal and no sharing. Our bill is always for 3 or 4 $55 or more. I was shocked to see they added an additional 16.00 tip. I know both owners and I mentioned it to him for a credit back but never mind. We won't go back. Feel we were not treated like a regular, but like some cheap person that splits 2 meals drinks water and does not tip. We are none of those people. Pretty sad not going there anymore over a service fee”

“Incredibly delicious and authentic Indonesian food! My wife and I ate there today, and wow was it good! It took us back to the street food in Jakarta. The ayam bakar (grilled chicken) meal was perfectly cooked and tasted so authentic. Crispy skin, moist chicken, rice and lalapan (lalapan is like a salad - it’s fresh lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, y’all get the idea) The yellow rice (nasi kuning) had that unique coconut fragrance that immediately brought back memories. The homemade sambal (hot sauce) was straight up delicious and if you like spicy, this is for you. It’s pretty spicy, but doesn’t set ya on fire ya know? Highly recommend this spot! Good Indonesian food is hard to find, period. Sate Texas BBQ brings those Indonesian flavors to Texas in a big way! We can’t wait to go back, Selamat Makan!! (Enjoy the food, y’all)!”

Everything was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast platter comes with 4 slices of bacon, 2 pancakes, and what looked to be at least 3 eggs scrambled for $5.99 yea you read that right. I'm about to eat through thier whole meun, if you love yourself you'll do the same.”
