La vera pizza italiana!!! I'm Italian and I'm always looking for real Italian pizza and I have to say that I found it! The burrata also was amazing, homemade and delicious! The dough was light and perfect and the tomato sauce to die for, please come here if you want to eat the best pizza in San Antonio!
While visiting San Antonio in Oct 23, I ordered takeout from Dough and placed my order at the bar with Jarvis. Jarvis was attentive, offered great service and recommendations. While I waited for my order, I watched Cris make homemade mozzarella and burrata. I am a HUGE burrata fan and enjoyed seeing how it's made in person. We visited Dough Pizzeria Napoletana on Blanco, one of our favorite restaurants in San Antonio, on Saturday night and had a wonderful family dinner. Atmosphere, food, wine and service were exceptional. Conor took perfect care of us. Upon returning home, I noticed I was missing a notebook I always carry in my back pocket.
