10/10The food, the service and atmosphere were outstanding. We went for a late dinner, had a special and private occasion to celebrate and our server Don, went above and beyond for us and made our already special moment, one to remember forever. Thank you again! (Cannot stop raving about how delicious everything was, looking forward to coming back or trying a different location of Chart House!!)
The atmosphere speaks for itself. But the crew running the show is what makes it special. Whether you are dining in the rotating restaurant or just having a cocktail at 601 (upstairs) you are in good hands from the Chef to the Wait staff. Folks like KJ, Angelique, Sam, “Moose”, Angel and many more, will ensure you have a great time. Had a fantastic experience with the service, from the elevator ride up and down. We had the pleasure of being served by Don, he was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The food itself was just ok. The crab cake was a bit dry but it still had lots of flavor 8/10. The Cantonese Seabass alone lacked flavor and tenderness, the soy broth really saved the dish and is the only reason I'd give it a 7/10 vs a 5/10.My hunni got the Chilean seabass and that dish was far better...read full review
