Okay so I have three tacos I use to initially judge Mexican restaurants. Potato & Egg cause that’s a classic and if you mess that up how can I trust you? Carne guisada because that’s all about getting the spice right AND slow cooking the beef correctly, you cant rush art and a tough carne guisada taco tells me a lot. Lastly a chicharron taco because I feel like that not the most common taco so its easy to slack off on the "less popular" tacos.SO! Where does Chelitas stand?...read full review
The Puffy Tacos an Gorditas were the best rice an beans are on point....!! I have definitely recommended this place to alot of ppl already and taken my mom, grandma, son in law, daughter, and grandchildren an we all loved it.
