I went in to redeem a $9.99 coupon for a 5pc. Cashier took the coupon but didn’t redeem it, and I was charged $10.49. Not to mention, the menu says $10.29 for a 5pc combo. I wasn’t asked if I wanted any sauce or which, so I asked them for some and was charged $0.25 for it, and they didn’t even give it to me.
This location has some of the friendliest staff I've dealt with at a Churchs chicken. The chicken is well Prepared, the biscuits are soft and warm, and the only drawback is the tiny drive-thru
