this particular store needs to be shut down, there isn't one good thing I can say about it. the place is nasty. food isn't even close to chain standards and service is piss poor. Save yourself some trouble and go dumpster diving it will be better, faster and maybe even cleaner.

last night/early this morning was the second time this location has refused to take my order. This used to be the place I go to get something to eat after working a night patrol shift. I left a complaint the first time. I was contacted promptly and given a coupon for a free combo meal. the area manager was very nice and seemed troubled by my experience. last night, they didn't explicitly say they wouldn't take my order, like they did the first time. This time, when I finally was able to move up to the speaker, they said "I'll be with you shortly" but never came back. after 15 minutes of waiting, the two cars behind me gave up and backed out. I then backed up and went to Whataburger at 1604 and Nacogdoches. in and outh of the drive-through there with my food in less than 5 minutes. No more stops at Jack in the Box after a night patrol shift for me. such a shame....we do like their spicy chicken sandwiches and a few other things.
