my daughter used the drive thru, no one behind her and she proceed to order food. Now not all items are at all locations, and she attempted to order items that were not in the menu. The boy taking the order was rude and proceeded to talk to her like she was 2. When she got to the window, she asked the girl what his name is. she called him over, and he replied Gino and threw her food at her, as the girl snickered. The hamburger she ordered was made wrong, and she didnt get her blizzard. My daughter called the store and asked about her blizzard, to which they replied, "I tried to hand it to you and you refused." This is not the way staff is supposed to treat customers.
