I don't eat out very often, but when I do, Pho 32 is my go-to for good Viet food (I also recommend Pho Nguyen and Pho Hung Cuong). Every type of cuisine has a benchmark dish by which an eatery is judged: for pizza, it's the margherita pizza for me, for pho, it's Bún Bò Huế (spicy beef soup). I placed an order for take out and we were delighted with the large portions of food! Everything was fresh! I did ask for medium spicy noodles but it was mild at best. The nem cuon was my favorite, it comes 4 per order. The pho had a nice home made flavor and came with all the trimmings. Thanks for the fast service!
