“So I don't like to leave bad reviews but I feel that, I should just make this known while most of the time I get food from here when I'm rushing, I have come across my sandwich not being cooked all the way. I tried to avoid eating breakfast sandwiches from here because I don't want to get food poisoning. My sandwich is usually a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel.“
“I go into the store every day to get an iced coffee. For a while there, they were having a huge turnover in staff, but it seems to have stabled out. Every time I go in I order my coffee in a particular way and many times it’s already made before I order it. They are also kind and thorough and the store always looks clean. For those people who stopped going to this store because of the rude staff about 6-9 months ago, don’t worry as those people don’t work there anymore. I was one of those people and I know about 6-8 others who also stopped going. Go back!“
“My friend and I went here. Unfortunately there wasn't a big choice for donuts. But we still found something we liked. We each had a Pineapple Chocolate. It was good, very flavorful. The young man could hear my friend above the drink maker. Which I thought was great. He was very kind.“
“I’m really grateful for the workers at this location. Sometimes I am greeted at the speaker by a guy who always has some quirky phrase to say hi or there’s a girl at the window who is just plain nice. It’s a nice change from the location on Nacogdoches and I really appreciate it. It shows it the people working here don’t hate their job- at least the ones I’ve met.“
“I needed a coffee fix pre-flight, and the Dunkin' kiosk set up in the "food court" area right by the main security checkpoint hit the spot. I only needed coffee, and it was served hot, and was exactly as I expected from Dunkin' (good coffee). There is general seating for the food court here, so I was able to do some work while enjoying my coffee. All in all, this did what it needed to do to feed my caffeine addiction!“
“The store was clean. It's looked like the young lady had just swept and mopped. I think she said her name was Lauren . The coffee bags looked neat and organized. It was only her working today (01/20/24) and she was pushing out the orders through the driveway and main floor very quickly! She deserves a raise!“
“It was my first time in there. They're very patient with me, I usually go through drive-thru. The stuff was amazing. Very clean store. Great location. When I'm in the area I will definitely be coming back. I would recommend to everybody and it's a 10 out of 10. I got a dozen mini donuts, churro latte with that donut skewer ?. AMAZING ?“
“Thankfully the construction is over and the drive thru is open once again. ?? Donuts are good anytime of day and their Tomato Basil grilled cheese sandwich w/side of Snacking Bacon has become a favorite. Staff is always hospitable and I'll definitely be by to place an order real soon ?“

“Everytime I come to this location my bacon egg and cheese croissant is cooked to perfection. Warm and crispy and amazing. They make the specialty coffees really good as well, not super watered down like all the other dunkin's. Love this location, I come everytime i'm in san antonio.“
“I’ve had ordered a toasted white chocolate signature latte before heading to my afternoon lecture class at my college, almost down the road and the coffee I bought had spilled all over me. I was drenched in iced coffee. I had to take off my clothes. I smelled terrible, but I had to wait until after lecture I repeatedly called the place and they did not answer, but I was not discouraged. I went in person, and I spoke to will and another lady she has short hair and was short. She was very kind to me and offering me another drink the same one as I had before and I said sure that works and I felt bad so I bought a doughnut, for they won’t get in trouble or anything but I just wanted to put it out there that I sent them many blessings and I thank them for being empathetic towards my situation with the iced coffee spilling all over me. I hope they get a raise maybe promoted but they are amazing people and I definitely recommend this establishment due to those tip types of employees. Will definitely be going back and getting a coffee or maybe a doughnut before my lecture almost every other day. Thank you guys for being so kind to me. I hope it is reciprocated in the future“
“I'm fairly new to Dunkin' Doughnuts & while the doughnuts were good as was my coffee, my daughter's cold brew mixed drink took a little too long. We ordered, received the doughnuts and coffee, and sat to wait for the cold brew mix. 15-20 minutes later, doughnuts eaten, the drink was ready. Perhaps I'm wrong, but that long for a drink is questionable, in my opinion. Overall, an okay visit.“

“I forget the guys name this morning in the drive through but he always makes my coffee exactly how I want it and it's perfectly consistent. No other Duncan has been this consistent. Even the breakfast sandwiches are done nicely. This is THE reason people go to Starbucks it's consistent anywhere you go. My advice pay him well and have him be the trainer.“

“I love this Dunkin everyone here is so nice!! Fav employees are defo the girl with blonde hair and the girl with black hair and tattoos. They are always super sweet to me, luv them! I think that when you go to Dunkin though you should expect them to be out of stuff because it's Dunkin. If you want top quality cafe stuff then go to Starbs. But any time I've ever ordered from here my stuff is always so yummy and delish. Also there's almost never a wait inside and when you're in the drive thru they're always super quick with it. “We ordered donuts, hashbrowns, and turkey wraps. The donuts were delicious, but they lacked adequate frosting. There was a good variety of donuts. To improve the turkey wrap, use a wheat-based tortilla. We did not have to wait. The place could benefit from some cleaning, both inside and out.“
“I do not like hot coffee. This is what I have learned about myself. I used my Dunkin offers for a drink and Dunkin faves. The price seemed like it did not change. I paid about $8 for a hot Irish creme coffee and turkey, egg, and cheese croissant, minus the egg... I sat down for a bit. The atmosphere was great. I did have them recook my sandwich it was undercooked. No problem there, it was nice and hot and crispy. I do not like hot coffee it was not Dunkin, it was me, I just don't like it. I'm glad I got to try it at Dunkin, so I know it's not the coffee or the preparation it's me, I don't like hot coffee.Parking: You just want to be careful, people sometimes drive fast through the parking lot to avoid the light. Dunkin is right there and if you are backing out, someone can slam into you if you are not careful.“
“Went to go pick up something quick to eat and drink last time we were there was during covert they did not have coffee and they did not have Donuts we were very disappointed but this last time we went on the 3rd of February they have plenty of coffee and plenty of donuts my son ordered the cold brew with mocha croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwich and I had the most delicious avocado toast sandwich it was big it was filling and very delicious the ladies were friendly and fast girl noticed that we were in quite of a hurry and did the best she could to get us on our way we will definitely be back awesome job“

“Go there when I have time and money to spend. This week I have had both. Been getting a large mocha latte iced with extra espresso and a little something sweet. Drinks carry me thru the day, and I have needed that extra boost this week. Always clean and fast, been very happy.“
