El Alteno Mexican Food is a nicely decorated restaurant known for its great food, service, and fast delivery. It has been a go-to breakfast spot for a couple for three years, praising the excellent treatment they receive from Lily and the kind staff. The menudo and pozole are highly recommended. However, there were some issues with the Juevos Rancheros, where the eggs were not cooked to order, the bacon was undercooked, and the sauce was described as strange-tasting and thick with an off-putting hue. Despite this, the tortillas were a highlight. Prices are reasonable, making it a good value for a meal out.
