“My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Valentine’s dinner date here. I highly suggest you check this place out if you’re looking for an upscale, but lowkey dinner. The food was delicious. We both opted in for three course meals, which were both incredible. I enjoyed the teriyaki mochi gnocchi. There is a great beer, sake, and wine selection as well. The service was incredible, we will be back!“

“I have tried almost every Sushi spot in San Antonio and Shiro stands above and beyond everyplace I have been to. Every single piece of Sushi was super fresh and just melts in your mouth, it is honestly going to be hard to go anywhere else after having been to Shiro. The prices definitely reflect the quality and freshness difference compared to other places and is 110% worth it.“

“Ginza has fresh tasting food and large portion sizes for all meals. I can never eat it all. The Boba smoothies are sooo gd. I usually get the chicken and rice or chicken with Ramen soup. The chicken is crispy so gd. Or teriyaki chicken also gd. Staff are very friendly.
Parking: The parking is in a long strip of other stores so sometimes it's hard to find parking. There are only about 3 handicap spots.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly meaning many families go here

“Was craving sushi and reviews convinced me to check out. For sushi lovers, the menu might be small but I really enjoyed my shrimp tempura, avocado, eel sauce roll. Egg drop soup comes with fresh wonton strips. Spring rolls were fresh and tasty. Also, military discount :)“

“Glad that we came here! Great sushi, fresh and delicious. The riceless sushi was refreshing and “healthy.” We also got edamame. They also have cooked food such as ramen and Chinese stir fry, would try next time. Our waitress was very attentive and kept checking in with us. Would be back!“

“Just a heads up it's best to call in and order take out. As another heads up this place has the best shrimp fried rice ever!!! The noodles and rangoons are delicious as well. Definitely need to try this place out if you're looking for a great authentic teriyaki joint“

“Probably the best ramen I’ve had besides in Japan. But I was very disappointed in the service. It took forever to get seated when it wasn’t even busy (went during lunch break). Got two entrees and one of them was given to someone else so had to wait for another to be made. Since it was starting to get closer to the end of my lunch break we had to get it to go. BUT the worst thing is I think my pork had mold. Not sure but didn’t want to make more of a scene if it wasn’t. But I couldn’t continue eating my ramen☹️ want to give it another try bc like i said it was super yummy but im traumatized lol“

“Fantastic food, great service. We have had 2 of the hibachi chefs cook for us so far. Both have done an amazing job. The rice is delicious, the veggies were wonderful the filet mignon was tender and cooked to perfection 👌 My honey has had the lobster and the shrimp, both were great. He tried the pork belly this last time, he says it was so good he will eat it again next time. For this restaurant to be in a strip mall is surprising, it's definitely a fancy food feeling place. The price is comparable to other hibachi places we've tried. 5 out of 5 STARS definitely we would recommend this place anyone who loves hibachi 🤌😊❤️ Also, we always have take away containers when we leave, the portions are Large, so leftovers for later are always a plus.“
