I placed an online order for a small sub asking that they go light on the oil bc I was ordering it for lunch the next day.. these ANGELS put the oils in a side container, added a free bag of chips & a coupon for a free regular sized sub?!! They also wrote a sweet little note on the bag. Simply put, they made my night and made me a phenomenal lunch. Best service ever, I couldn't be more grateful!!
We felt bad because we walked to get Jersey Mike's and it took us a little longer than we expected. So we end up showing up a minute before they close. The closing crew didn't get frustrated, irritated, or show any negative feelings towards us at all. They all served us with a smile, checked to make sure we weren't going to get tea before they cleaned the dispensers, accommodated the last minute change, and went above and beyond what we could have asked for.
