Google mentions indoor dining. This is a drive thru and a walk in without indoor dining. There are two tables outdoors to eat at. I did go there with the intentions to eat inside. To my surprise there are no tables. The sandwich is made so well I made no mess eating in my truck.Parking: Limited parking spots on their location.Wheelchair accessibility: The building does have a wheelchair ramp outside the building. A nice one made of concrete.
Ruben and Lydia were very helpful and accommodating, called us right away to let us know they were out of ingredients we ordered instead of just having us pay for something we didn’t want.

I can't really rate the food because I've never ordered from this store, but the service is outstanding! My dog escaped our fence and Michael from the store at 6319 Rittman was making a delivery close to my house. Michael got my dog to come over and gave me a call. He waited until I got there. As far as I'm concerned, Michael is the best Jimmy John's delivery person ever! Thank you Michael! You just earned my business!
