This is the first time I come here. It was ok. The refried beans had good flavor, the tortillas passed the test. I ordered the chicharrones guisados with egg for breakfast and I wasnt impressed but were spicy and flavorful. potatoes were greasy. Would I come back? maybe not. I dont like it when you get charged extra for using your credit card, not much but thats their cost of doing business and they should not hand it to us.
I usually love going to Lupitas but today was a bad one and it was not the food but the fact that at 1:25 PM (they close at 2PM), the menu is limited because you cannot order any fried foods such as puffy tacos or flautas. And then, while trying toI ‘enjoy’ our meal and have done light conversation, they are closing off our area and vacuuming. We politely asked them to stop in our area as we were trying to talk to each other and we were given attitude. This was just crazy...read full review

First timer! I saw it while driving down culebra and thought I need to go there (the look of the restaurant felt authentic) Our waiter Andi she was amazing! The food was delicious, we got huevos rancheros and huevos rancheros a la mexicana and a barbacoa taco. The only thing that would make it perfect is that the eggs were a little burnt and the barbacoa had no taste. But it was great! They should definitely add limonada to their menu but overall it was great experience
