I have been trying to get Otis Spunkmeyer cookies on my property since July 2012. I have never worked so hard to GIVE someone my business in my life, and I still don't have cookies. I remember when dealing with Otis Spunkmeyer was a pleasure and very easy. Today, I deal with rude people that are very unhelpful and a business model that would put most of us out of business. The only business harder to deal with in my opinion is AT&T, but is it a very close second.
