I am surprised myself it has taken me this long to write a review for Pan & Coffee given that it is my husband and my FAVORITE coffee and pastry shop ever!!! I met the co-owner Eric years ago. He's a medical professional helping his wife live out her dream... And this place to us has been an oasis in San Antonio. A legitimate bakery, delicious conchas, single sourced Mexican coffee...deliciously appointed breakfast and lunch plates. I receive a DoD discount when there. Which means a lot...for some reason! their side salad is a joy to eat. even the next day leftovers. I would love to know what is in their vinaigrette.it comes with the milaneza torta, which has quality ingredients. I always get extra green salsa for it.I just wish they would make more focaccia bc it is always out. best focaccia I've had.
